What is the sizing?All of our sizing is based with UK/ EU sizing. Please refer to our size guide and of course, reach out with any questions before ordering.

How long will it take to receive my order?Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen. Typically, orders are processed within 7-9 business day and delivery for UK is typically 2 business days. International can vary from 7-10 business days, dependent on your location

What is your return policy?We accept returns only for faulty goods. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to initiate a return. Given we stitch to order, we do not accept returns for sizing. Please contact us with any sizing queries so we can get the correct sizing ordered and shipped - Thank you

How do I care for my embroidered clothing?To keep your clothing looking its best, wash it inside out on a gentle cycle with cold water (no more than 30). Lay flat to dry. Avoid bleach and ironing directly on the embroidery
