  • How do I place an order?
    To place an order, browse our collection, select your favorite items, choose your size, and click "Add to Cart." Follow the checkout process to complete your purchase
  • What is the sizing?
    All of our sizing is based with UK/ EU sizing. Please refer to our size guide and of course, reach out with any questions before ordering.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen. Typically, orders are processed within 7-9 business day and delivery for UK is typically 2 business days. International can vary from 7-10 business days, dependent on your location
  • What should I do if I have a problem with my order?
    If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us immediately. We are here to help and will do our best to resolve any problems promptly.
  • What is your return policy?
    We accept returns only for faulty goods. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to initiate a return. Given we stitch to order, we do not accept returns for sizing. Please contact us with any sizing queries so we can get the correct sizing ordered and shipped - Thank you
  • How do I care for my embroidered clothing?
    To keep your clothing looking its best, wash it inside out on a gentle cycle with cold water (no more than 30). Lay flat to dry. Avoid bleach and ironing directly on the embroidery
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on our website's tracking page to see the status of your delivery.
